group works mainly as a trio, but is often augmented by drums /

Bob Wilman Jazz Band |
| The
Bob Wilman Jazz Band is the ideal outfit for your party, wedding,
sales promotion or any event where you want things to go with a
swing! This outfit will give you top quality live music for dancing
and listening. We can create the right atmosphere for your special
occasion, from gentle background music to lively jazz for dancing.
Normally 6 or 7 piece, the band consists of professional standard
musicians playing trumpet, clarinet / sax, trombone, bass, drums
and guitar /banjo or piano. Music is drawn from the popular repertoire
of Louis Armstrong, Chris Barber, Acker Bilk and Kenny Ball. |

Dave Riley Trio |
| Often
augmented by drums / percussion, and / or by a female vocalist.
A variety of other instrumentation can also be supplied. The services
that they can offer are as follows : Guitar, Double Bass and Trumpet.
Guitar, Double Bass and Trumpet with Drums. Guitar, Double Bass
and Trumpet with Drums with Vocals and / or Piano. Cocktail piano
( Jazz and Light Classical) Piano and Voice (Jazz and some Pop)
The trio has played at a variety of venues, including restaurants
and hotels for functions, playing predominantly jazz and Latin
as well as light pop, if specifically requested. Their current
repertoire list includes approximately 500 tunes |

Jazzed A Minute |
| This
delightful violin and guitar duo captures the very essence of the
gypsy/jazz sound associated with Django Rheinhardt and Stephane
Grappeli. With a wonderful selection of jazz standards the music
unavoidably gets feet tapping. Add bass and a drum, and you get
the ‘Hot Club of Brum!’ The motto here is; ‘It
don’t mean a thing if you ain’t got that swing!’ With
the subtle use of amplification, as with all of Ralphs groups,
any size of event can be considered, and the music still be able
to create that special atmosphere |

Jazz Wranglers |
| a
group of experienced and talented professional musicians who play
happy music at all types of event. We play wherever and whenever
you need live music, either static or 'strolling', loud or quiet,
as required. The bands previous venues include Birmingham's National
Exhibition Centre, International Convention Centre, the Metropole
Hotel, Merry Hill, Kingfisher Shopping centres and many others
around the country. The music is light and popular, for either
dancing or happy listening. The band is made up of two to six musicians
to suit all budgets |

Mike Dempsey Trio |
| Mick
first heard jazz at the age of 14 and was immediately smitten.
He took up piano and very soon started playing hymns in Sunday
School. In no time he played in pubs and social clubs before moving
on to Mecca dance halls, big bands, night club trios, cruise ships,
radio broadcasts and with jazz band, European, Scandinavian and
USA tours. Today he leads his trio and also continues to freelance
with, among others, the bands of Alan Elsdon, Terry Lightfoot,
Steve Lane's Red Hot Peppers, Sticky Wickets Little Big Band and
singers Rio Roberts, Susan Valliant-Speer,Helen Burnett, Serena
Douglas-Howard and Catherine Gang |

| Primarily
a vocal-led cool jazz outfit, over the past few years the band
has evolved into the ultimate party experience. They can play cool
jazz during dinner, or soul and funky pop music for dancing. As
well as their own original material, they play music by artists
such as Ben E King, Wilson Pickett, Smokey Robinson, George Benson,
Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson and Marvin Gaye. If
a specific song is required for that special occasion, the band
will learn it prior to the event. Since its creation in 1997 the
band has acquired a huge reputation for quality and versatility
in performance. Currently seen by many as the hottest new jazz
vocalist on the scene. |

Swing Aces |
| Trio
of saxophone, keyboard and double bass is ideal for providing relaxed
background music for your event. If it is a wedding, guests can
meet and enjoy drinks then the wedding breakfast with the help
of the trio. Corporate events can also be given that air of relaxation.
We play the swing music of Sinatra, Robbie Williams, Harry
Connick Jr and the great American composers as well as Rock & Roll,
Party Music, Trad Jazz and even waltzes! The band, has its own

musical roots are in the bluebeat, ska and reggae flavours of his
Caribbean parents. Add to this the pop, soul, jazz fusion and bebop
of his adolescence and you start to get a sense of the style, sound
and stories reflected in his playing and songwriting. Whether it's
a quality background jazz duo or a high energy soul band, Catering
for corporate events, weddings, private house parties and
all special occasions. Your options are wide and flexible, from
solo saxophones, to duos, trios, adding vocals from artists such
as Roy, Denise, Lizzy , or Chris, through to larger ensembles for
